Dental Assistant (F/T)

Your responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for oral examination and assist dental providers in chair-side treatment and procedures
• Prepare rooms and set up instruments
• Provide pre-operational, post-operational, and oral hygiene education to patients and families
• Prepare and maintain accurate charts, records, logs and reports
• Complete and maintain dental laboratory forms
• Other duties as assigned

Your qualifications:

• 1+ years of dental assisting experience
• Current or pending RDA certification
• Organizational skills
• Ability to take direction from supervisors
• Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude!
• Full-time availability
• Fluent English (bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese a plus)

Marketing Assistant (Part-Time)

We are looking for a marketing assistant who will help us grow our practice! No Dental experience necessary, just an ability to assess our target audience and a passion to use your creativity.

Your Responsibilities

• Craft content and update our social media accounts
• Craft content and publish monthly blog posts and update our website
• Maintain, update, and improve SEO of our website
• Track and interpret data from Facebook, Google, and email campaigns
• Design and launch email marketing campaigns
• Design print material such as business cards and posters
• Design and update the physical space in our office
• Organize and/or attend tabling events
• Other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications

• 1+ years in digital marketing or equivalent experience
• Fluent English and excellent writing skills
• Knowledge of SquareSpace, Mailchimp, and social media platforms
• Design software experience such as Photoshop, Canva, etc.
• Ability to work about 20 hrs/wk, with availability that includes attending even tabling events once or twice a month
• Extremely detail oriented
• Able to operate with little to no supervision
• Very organized
• Able to multitask without losing focus
